Class Bread Making

Bread making can be magical – the smell of bread baking is rivaled only by the taste of warm bread with butter.  Although homemade bread is wonderful, it can also prove to be frustrating.  How can the same bread recipe yield such contracting results?  Personally, I believe the journey of trials and tribulations with bread making is a rite of passage for the true bread maker.  Come and learn the basics of bread making that will prove to make the journey less frustrating.  You will make your own amazing 100% whole-grain bread that is light and yet hearty.  I will also make a batch of “left-over” bread dough in the Bosch Universal Mixer demonstrating the power and magic of this amazing machine.  You will roll, fill with a fabulous topping and braid this fascinating dough!  Both breads you will take home to bake.  Your home with be filled with the memorable aroma of homemade bread.  It is simple, a cost savings, and a healthier way to eat.  In addition to two loaves of bread, you will receive recipes PLUS a $10 coupon redeemable at The Grain Market.
